The Personal Assistant to the Founder will help manage the Founder’s schedule, communications, task list, follow-ups, document organization, client-related coordination, vendor communication, and general firm support. The role may include both professional and limited personal administrative tasks where appropriate.
The ideal candidate must be discreet, responsive, organized, and able to protect confidential information at all times.

Support firm administration, client communication, scheduling, document organization, intake coordination, and day-to-day operations.

Assist with case organization, drafting, discovery, records collection, client communication, calendaring, and litigation support.

Cypress Law, PLLC may consider relationships with Florida attorneys in complementary practice areas, including civil litigation, personal injury, insurance disputes, government contracts, business law, estate planning, real estate, and related fields.

Support legal research, drafting, case review, document preparation, and firm development projects.
